A quick fix for colds... Golden Milk!

Germs say my immune system got hands... they ain't lying. Read below and I'll tell you why! lol, I understand that was champ but move along. Aight so look...

What you'll need:

  • Vanilla Almond Milk (optional) just make sure it's not dairy
  • Turmeric (fresh or powdered)
  • Ginger (fresh)
  • Cinnamon (sticks or powdered)
  • Black Pepper
  • Vanilla (optional)

Directions:

  • Pour milk into a saucepan on medium heat.
  • Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper and vanilla.
  • Meander and think about how all these anti-inflammatories about to go to work.
  • Stir. Give it 7-10 minutes, let the flavors blend.
  • Enjoy!
