- Vanilla Almond Milk (optional) just make sure it's not dairy
- Turmeric (fresh or powdered)
- Ginger (fresh)
- Cinnamon (sticks or powdered)
- Black Pepper
- Vanilla (optional)
- Pour milk into a saucepan on medium heat.
- Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper and vanilla.
- Meander and think about how all these anti-inflammatories about to go to work.
- Stir. Give it 7-10 minutes, let the flavors blend.
